The wife & I were just looking at a house and had a few questions that we called in. Jacob returned our call in a very timely matter and we decided we were not interested in the home. We initially got prequalified for a mortgage loan and were given Jacob's name. We did some checking and he had great reviews, so we went with him. Once we had our first call from him, we knew we had made a solid choice. He immediately added us to a list so that we'd receive alerts fitting our wants/needs in a future home. It was specifically tailored to what we wanted, not what he wanted to sell us. He took the time to listen to our concerns about: areas (city & neighborhood); yard size; # of stories; # of bedrooms/baths; and what type of financing we were obtaining (not all houses qualify for every type of loan). If we found a house of interest, Jacob either had seen it or would see it before he showed it to us (this eliminated a TON of work and "thinking" for us). He was able to tell us the pros/cons and then we were able to decide if we wanted to go further...for example: there was a house which looked & sounded perfect online. Jacob was able to determine from one conversation that a large kitchen and dining room was not important to us...he pointed out things we had not even thought of..."do you entertain a big family during the Holidays, if you do, this kitchen isn't really set up for that". Those little kinds of details make a big difference in determining where you'll eventually be the happiest and most comfortable. Additionally, Jacob knows the details of the various aspects of lending. This made it easier to navigate through the lending process. He met every single deadline we had: closing date; inspections and repairs being done in time to meet the closing date; facilitating the loan document signing; etc. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Jacob is simply a miracle worker. Jacob and I initially spoke on the phone, as I was still residing in another state. Jacob made my life much easier by video touring homes on the MLS, to point out features. Once I decided I wanted to see a home, Jacob would video tour the whole home for me, showing everything, with commentary. We would then discuss what I liked and didn't, and concerns. We did this for a few different houses, I put in a few offers, and Jacob was very attentive to my needs and responded quickly! I found my "Bethany house" about 20 minutes after it hit the MLS. Jacob raced over tour it for me and agreed, this was the one! Within 2 hours, we had a multiple bid offer situation, again! Jacob has many creative ideas that work well!
